Do demo packages support customization?

No. Demo packages are fixed samplers. They won’t appear on the customization screen and do not include the Customize button.

Where do I set duration, question count, and domain?

Use the Start Exam panel. Select certificate, package, and domain, then choose question count and duration before launching.

When does my access start?

Access begins right after checkout. Your package appears instantly in the Question Packages list on your dashboard.

How to Start

1) Select and Purchase a Question Package

You can choose a question package (or try a Demo). When you purchase a question package, analytic tools and exam customization are unlocked, while the Demo remains a quick sampler without these tools. Pricing cards show the current price and access duration. After checkout, the package is added to your Question Packages list automatically.

Purchase a Package

At each package page, there are pricing cards with the current price and access duration. After checkout, your purchased package appears in your Question Packages list automatically. If you own multiple packages for the same certificate, you can pick one during customization—or leave ‘All packages’ selected to draw a mixed pool from everything you own.

2) Start From Your Package List

Open the Question Packages list on your dashboard. Click **Start** to begin immediately, or **Customize** to open the Start Exam panel. Demo packages display a **Demo** badge and do not include the customization feature.

3) Customize in Start Exam

Certificate: Choose PMP, PMI-ACP, or ITIL® 4 Foundation. This ensures the simulator retrieves the correct question bank for that certification.
Question Package: Select one of the question packages you have purchased, such as PMP Essential or PMI-ACP Essential). Leave it on “All Packages” to select questions from a mixed pool from every pack you own for that certificate.
Domain / Knowledge Area: Select a single domain/knowledge area or maintain a balanced approach to coverage. Examples: PMP → People / Process / Business Environment; PMI-ACP → Mindset / Leadership / Product / Delivery; ITIL® 4 → Guiding Principles / Practices / Service Value System.
Question Count: Set the number of questions in the exam. Create a short exam for quick practice or select the full exam length to simulate real testing conditions.
Duration (minutes): Control the timer. Set the length of the exam based on your availability.
