FindExams Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FindExams.com. By registering or using our platform, you agree to follow these rules regarding accounts, payments, refunds, exams, and responsibilities.

Platform and account rules Personal, non-transferable use of FindExams accounts, mock exams, packages, and dashboard features.

AI and integration boundaries Rules for companion integrations, third-party AI platforms, authoritative FindExams content, and prohibited extraction.

Payments, access, and refunds Payment processing, demo and paid package rules, access periods, and refund conditions.

1. Using FindExams

Platform use, AI integrations, accounts, and content ownership

This section covers who operates FindExams, how the platform and AI integrations may be used, your account responsibilities, and who owns FindExams content.

Who we are FindExams is operated by PunkRise LLC. References to “FindExams,” “we,” or “us” mean PunkRise LLC as the service provider.

Platform use FindExams provides online mock exams to help users prepare for certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, and ITIL 4 Foundation. Use is personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial.

Limited companion functionality FindExams may provide limited functionality through third-party AI assistants and integrations. The AI integration is a lightweight companion and does not replace the complete FindExams platform. Full exam simulations, Study Mode, larger question sets, and the complete preparation experience remain on FindExams.

FindExams content and access rules FindExams questions, correct answers, official explanations, results, and other proprietary content remain subject to these Terms and applicable subscription, entitlement, access-period, and usage limitations.

Third-party AI platforms Third-party AI platforms are independently operated and subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical limitations. Users should review the applicable third-party AI platform's terms and privacy policy before connecting or using the integration. Responses, explanations, summaries, recommendations, and interpretations generated by a third-party AI platform may differ from or go beyond content supplied by FindExams. FindExams does not control AI-generated output produced independently by third-party AI platforms.

Authoritative FindExams content For FindExams practice questions, the correct answer and official explanation supplied by FindExams remain the authoritative FindExams content.

Prohibited extraction and circumvention You may not use AI integrations, MCP clients, automated tools, or similar mechanisms to scrape, systematically extract, reconstruct, or redistribute the FindExams question bank. You may not use these integrations to circumvent daily question pools, usage limits, authentication, subscriptions, entitlements, or other access controls.

Accurate information You must register with valid, accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account security You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

No account sharing Each account is licensed to a single individual. Sharing login credentials or granting others access to your purchased content is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban without refund.

Intellectual property All content, including questions, explanations, UI/UX, code, and analytics, is owned by FindExams/PunkRise LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

2. Payments, Refunds & Access

Stripe payments, refund conditions, package rules, and access periods

This section explains how payments are processed, when refunds are available, how demo and paid packages differ, and what happens when package access expires.

Stripe handles payments All payments are securely processed by Stripe. FindExams does not collect or store full card numbers, CVC/CVV codes, or bank account details. We may receive limited metadata (e.g., transaction IDs, status) to fulfill your order.

Third-party responsibility Stripe is responsible for the processing and security of card data submitted at checkout. For details, please refer to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.

No refund after exam start Once you begin your first exam attempt from a paid package, refunds are not available.

Refund requests (if not started) If you have not started any paid exam, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Requests are reviewed manually and answered within 7 business days.

Demo packages In demo packages, users may adjust duration and question count to explore the platform. Demo is for trial only; advanced analytics and some features may be limited.

Paid packages For paid packages, question count and duration are fixed to preserve exam integrity and comparability.

During the active period While your package access is active, you can take exams and review questions and results associated with that package.

After expiration When a package expires, full question content and detailed results from that package may no longer be available. High-level exam records may remain visible.

3. Warranties Disclaimer

The service is provided as is

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee a pass on any official certification exam.

4. Limitation of Liability

Limits on damages and losses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindExams/PunkRise LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform.

5. Termination

When accounts may be suspended

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Changes to These Terms

How updates are communicated

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

7. Governing Law

Applicable jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where PunkRise LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
